Product Family Description

  • ZERODUR® Substrates Provide Near Zero Thermal Expansion
  • >99.5% Reflectivity at Nd:YAG Harmonic Frequencies
  • High Laser Damage Threshold Specifications

Nd:YAG ZERODUR Laser Line Mirrors combine the extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion of ZERODUR® substrates with the highly reflective TECHSPEC® Nd:YAG mirror coating. Featuring a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of ±0.10 x 10-6/°C these mirrors are ideal for applications where the optics will be exposed to fluctuating temperatures. The Nd:YAG coating offers a high laser damage threshold compatible with both pulsed and continuous wave lasers. Nd:YAG ZERODUR Laser Line Mirrors are designed with precision polished substrates with λ/10 flatness and 20-10 surface quality. These mirror are an excellent fit for laboratories and integration into larger powerful laser systems
