Teledyne DALSA Linea Lite GigE Line Scan Cameras utilize a single line of sensor pixels to build up a two-dimensional image at a lower cost than area scan cameras Featuring Teledyne DALSA's proprietary TurboDrive™ technology, these cameras can sustain line rates up to 50 kHz (and up to 64 kHz in burst mode) without straining your GigE network. With a compact 46 x 46mm form factor that is 45% smaller than the standard Linea line, these cameras are perfect for space-constrained setups. Teledyne DALSA Linea Lite GigE Line Scan Cameras feature higher dynamic ranges than alternative image capture methods and are available with 2k, 4k, or 8k resolutions. The 8k variants utilize two 4k/7µm pixel rows with a ½ pixel offset and allow for data from the two 4k/7µm images to be captured and reconstructed to achieve an image resolution of 8k/3.5µm in real time, which greatly facilitates the detectability of subpixel defects. These cameras are ideal for automated optical inspections, sorting systems, materials grading and inspections, and general-purpose machine vision applications.
