Because of their elongated major axis, they are suited to bending and folding light at precise angles with minimum wavefront distortion. These mirrors feature greater than 99% reflection, significantly better than metal-coated mirrors, and increase system performance by minimizing energy loss. TECHSPEC® Broadband Dielectric Elliptical Flat Mirrors feature a BOROFLOAT® substrate and are available with minor axes up to 76.20mm and major axes up to 107.77mm
