Edmund Optics® Recognized as a Top Workplace

Ten consecutive years in the Greater Philadelphia Region

Almost 38,000 employees from 169 companies from the Philadelphia area were invited to participate in an anonymous survey conducted by Energage. Participants were asked to rank their employers in several different areas: Alignment, Effectiveness, Connection, My Manager, Employee Engagement, Leader, and The Basics.

Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, believes that the survey not only shows the organizational health of a company, but also what is most important to their employees. Research continues to prove that meaningful work, employee appreciation, and company direction are equally as important as, if not more than, salary and benefits. “Becoming a Top Workplace is an achievement that organizations have to work for,” Claffey said.
